The hotel room was surprisingly large and quiet with good overall condition, 4 pillows per bed.

Slices of fresh bread, cookies, yogurt, hot chocolate, and cheese provided in the morning. My room included a kitchen, a balcony, and a couch. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect and magnificent, in a great area close to everything.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were undertrained.

Nicely furnished and brand-new rooms were huge in good overall condition. And the room's amenities were great. The setting of hotel was peaceful, right next to Cracker Barrel restaurant. North Knoxville district was worth staying in.

Clean hotel in a nice building adjacent to stores and restaurants and Waffle House and Pigeon Forge which is a huge plus. Quiet and well-appointed room provided with the bathroom as well as private balcony.

The hotel was absolutely great, I appreciated it, especially street view. The property was set in a central area near Knoxville since March 29, and the campus of the University of Tennessee. I asked for a queen room and the one given was huge and well-appointed. The bathroom was good, included a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets.

We had spacious and huge room with a view, thoroughly enjoyed the location, it was perfect in a great area. Everything seemed great, clean. The incredibly nice and welcoming staff made a good impression.
